steps for undistilled?
so the destilled models require 4 steps, how many do i do for the undistilled models? or are the undistilled models not meant for image generation?
full step count would be 50 no? so youd run 50 steps and start the PID run at 46. i could be wrong but thats the format for the other undistilled models

i am talking about pid 1.5 checkpoints. what is the difference between distilled and undistilled? and why does only one say 4 steps?

your confused man. undistilled models exist outside of PiD. its not a PiD thing. distilled models are DISTILLED to run a lower step count with a lower cfg. it has nothing to do with PiD. the checkpoints are for WHICH VERSION your using, DISTILLED or UNDISTILLED. you still need the model to use the checkpoint, its not a 1 download and use thing. you need flux 2 with the turbo lora for distilled or you just download flux 2 for undistilled.

you still need to gen the latent data with the ACTUAL model before passing to PiD in the workflow. the PiD checkpoint is for which model was used for the latent generation. if you have no idea what your doing just say that.

I am confident i know exactly what I am doing. I used PID 1.0 before without your endless wisdom. I know that PID needs a Flux or Qwen latend and I can't remember asking for help regarding that. I came here asking for parameters to run the new PID undestilled model, which you claim doesn't exist. You are the one who's confused. I already got my answer elsewhere and it works as described, so please just go away, thank you. Good that i know who to avoid from now on 👍

That whole point of even wasting my time to tell you the info you asked for was BECAUSE the model is where your step count requirement sits. It was based on the model. The entire time. You just gave some weird energy i refuse to stand for. Next time pay better attention and lose the ego.
