Experimental RDF O-O values for advanced simulation tutorial
If _skinner2013 refers to a publication, might be worth adding a README.md with appropriate referencing?
Ah I see there are comments at the top of the CSV file, although I'm not sure this is very standard practice...
Does e.g. pandas.read_csv() work out of the box with # comments in the file?
I didn't know csv had comment support tbh
