I think the odds are lower if you try to get an entire org approved versus just the demos/spaces you need approved, purely from a cost perspective it's easier to justify helping out an individual demo.

Yeah, that's what I meant. On a space-by-space basis, how long would each one take to review? Is that what you did for discord-community?
On a space by space basis it can vary a lot, but internally we get pinged about requests and generally look at them relatively quickly (within a few days). It might not be obvious though because for requests we reject, we don't give any feedback.

For the discord-community org I just self-assigned the CPUS/resources as needed since I have permission for that (it's more efficient than me going the approval route)

not sure tbh, IMO it makes more sense to apply for a community grant for a CPU upgrade as you need them, just blanket granting to an entire org isn't realistic
